It is early spring in New Zealand.  The buds have greened, and the trees will be in full bloom within the next two weeks.  We are currently completing the pruning on the trees before moving the bees in to do their work.  And we are on frost fighting duties as nights can be cold. 

As spring proceeds, orchard activity levels increase to ensure that by late January, our cherries are in perfect condition. 

Big, dark red colour, firm of flesh, and sweet to the taste.
